Product arrived faster than initial projection all parts as described. Easy to assemble and performing as expected; though encountered some minor technical issues, i was promptly reassured and guided through the process to resolve the problem in a timely fashion. This was a beyond satisfactory experience.

It's absolutely awesome and absolutely life saver. Has saved so much energy with this e bike. Before i was pebbling 8 miles 5 days out of me week now i'm throttling 8 miles every week. I absolutely recommend one of these. Only concern is i think the sea are from cross sea shipment is messing with the batteries so some form of better air proof packaging is a must other then that it incredible work right put of the box it was a blast and is my new favorite bike now. Make getting around in portland a easy taste just watch out for the gay drives that love to ride your @$$.
